Hotel Door Greeter

The Greeter creates a warm welcome for arriving guests, interacts with guests in the service drive, and promotes hotel facilities. The Greeter must have excellent customer service skills and work well with fellow team members to provide the best experience for customers.

SHIFTS:

(Am or PM available, Can be flexible)

FullTime- Mon-Thurs 8a-3p OR Mon-Thurs 3p-11p

PartTime- Sat/Sun 8a-3p OR Sat/Sun 3p-11p

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Create an overall warm and inviting atmosphere for all of our guests.

Greet guests as they arrive to check-in at the hotel and direct them as needed.

Anticipate guests’ needs, and respond quickly & professionally to all guest requests.

Provide information on Hotel amenities and facilities.

Maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and team members.

Maintain a clean, pleasant and safe working environment.

Maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members and management.

Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Be at least 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the United States

Have your own reliable transportation

Have a clean criminal record & pass a drug test

Be extremely well-groomed (No long hair, or visible tattoos)

Willing to work outside in all types of weather
