Hiring Experienced Tree Climber/Arborist Full-time

Isaac and Pals Tree Service, LLC is looking to hire a full-time experienced climber.

Pay scale:

$19-$25, depends on experience. 35-50 hours weekly. Minimum 35 hours. Overtime paid after 40 hours.

Qualifications and skills:

-Experience in proper climbing, rigging, and pruning techniques, as per ISA standards

-Knowledge of common tree care verbiage

-Knowledge of how to tie common knots used in tree care

-Valid driver’s license, and experience driving work trucks. CDL not required, but would be rewarded

-ISA certification not required, but would be awarded

-Chipper and chainsaw proficiency required

Job Expectations:

Everyone is a teammate on our crews, and responsibilities are exchanged by everyone. The team is done when the job is done. You will be expected to do what ever you are currently capable of, from ground work, to driving trucks, to climbing and rigging. We expect a safety conscious mindset, and no cutting corners. We expect job sites to be basically spotless when we leave a project. In essence, bring your A-game everyday, and work with teammates who do the same.

We operate M-F, but frequently hit 40 hours by Thursday, so 3 day weekends happen on a fairly regular basis.
