Surgery Scheduler

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented surgery scheduler to join our wonderful team of medical professionals. The job requires direct patient communication to coordinate surgeries at our Surgical Centers. Duties include patient education, assisting with the informed consent process, scheduling with our Practice Management system, calling in prescriptions, and other administrative tasks. Excellent verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills are a must.

The position is full-time: Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm. Applicants with no prior experience are eligible for $15.00/hour with the opportunity to earn a performance-based wage adjustment after completion of a 90-day introductory period.
