Connor Contracting, Inc. has a full-time opening for an Assistant Property Manager. We are a general contractor/real estate development company that has been in business for over 30 years. We offer a competitive wage and benefits package. CCI is an equal opportunity employer.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Interior and exterior property maintenance
General maintenance of shop equipment, tools, and warehouse facility
Respond to service calls for property management services
Seasonal lawn care and snow removal
Basic fleet management coordination
Basic tool repair
Qualifications include - Having a valid driver's license, basic carpentry and mechanical skills, and experience with snow plow equipment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and work independently. Must be willing to work some non-traditional hours and some on-call hours.
