Care Management Program Supervisor

The NWRC provides community-based programs to help elders, people with disabilities and people living with behavioral health disorders, live in their own homes and communities for as long as possible, postponing or eliminating the need for institutional care.

This is an exempt, full-time position that provides direct supervision, leadership and training to eight Care Management staff to ensure that the overall goals and objectives of care management services are met. This position is sited in our Mount Vernon (Skagit County) office and comes with an excellent family-friendly benefit package.NWRC’s Benefit Package includes:
