Summary of Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize the tables after guests complete their meals and remove all waste.

- Set the dining room table to our Japanese standard

- Maintain adequate supplies in station.

- Be punctual and on-time.

- Must be able to lift dish bin and take to Kitchen

-Exceptional grooming and hygiene habits

- Dedicated, with an strong work ethic

- Listen, learn, and follow directions

- Extreme sense of teamwork, even under pressure

- Knowledgable about food safety rules
