Helpdesk Technician needed for 6 months in duration with possible extensions

Responsibilities
  • Onsite techs will be doing general helpdesk tickets for end-users
  • General helpdesk will most likely focus on password resets in AD, hardware troubleshooting and replacement, general software access issues, etc.
  • Must have customer service aligned soft-skills
  • Good communication
  • Able to understand or get to the bottom of user issues, especially with non-technical end-users
Must be comfortable with Active Directory and supporting a Windows environment.Plus for Office 365 and Cloud expertise.
  • Location information:
    • Position will be onsite full time
    • 9 floors
    • 1200 total people in environment
  • Work will be M-F 8a-5p
  • 6 months minimum of work
