Helpdesk Technician needed for 6 months in duration with possible extensions
Responsibilities- Onsite techs will be doing general helpdesk tickets for end-users
- General helpdesk will most likely focus on password resets in AD, hardware troubleshooting and replacement, general software access issues, etc.
- Must have customer service aligned soft-skills
- Good communication
- Able to understand or get to the bottom of user issues, especially with non-technical end-users
- Location information:
- Position will be onsite full time
- 9 floors
- 1200 total people in environment
- Work will be M-F 8a-5p
- 6 months minimum of work
