The ideal candidate is a player/coach who is hands-on and has people leadership experience. The ideal candidate is a player/coach who will both role up their sleeves and get in the trenches as well as lead their team. You have subject matter expertise in the full lifecycle B2B marketing including an understanding of the interplay between CRMs, Marketing Automation Platforms, and Databases. You are comfortable with data and understand table schema. You can write basic SQL queries with ease, and you are able to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Job DetailsWe are looking for a strong generalist with excellent people skills, empathy for their challenges, solutions to their problems, and the subject matter expertise they need to be successful. You will work directly with technical resources as well as stakeholders both internally and with the customer to achieve their objectives. You will work natively within our product, you'll look at, analyze, and query a lot of data. You will not be working natively in CRMs or Marketing Automation platforms, nor will you be designing campaigns, triggers, etc. However, having deep subject matter expertise with regards to CRMs and Marketing Automation platforms is critical to establishing yourself and someone the customer can rely upon to achieve their objectives.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As a player/coach, you will both do the job hands-on including managing your own customer onboarding engagements as well as leading and mentoring your team as they manage their own load of customer onboarding.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success and our technical resources (taxonomy/data mapping team) to onboard new customers
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Consultatively educate customer stake-holders, align expectations and help them get to become self-sufficient with our product.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+years of technical/consulting experience in the implementation of marketing automation solutions in a customer-facing role
  • 2+ years of project management expertise with proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • 1+ year of people leadership experience
  • BS degree or higher
  • You understand the various stages and triggers of the full B2B Marketing lifecycle including the interplay between CRMs, Marketing Automation Platforms, and Databases.
  • Able to write many basic data queries in SQL or a similar language
  • Understanding of the relevance and significance of the various stages in the B2B marketing lifecycle, and able to steer customers in the right direction to avoid pitfalls and achieve business results
  • Subject matter expertise in lead scoring, lead nurturing, and campaigns automation
  • Experience working with multiple customers simultaneously in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, utilizing consultative problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to develop clear and concise written technical and non-technical documentation
