Amick Brown is seeking an
IT Service Desk Technician for a contract role with our direct customer in the public sector.Location: Auburn, CADuration: 2 months Roles and Responsibilities- IT Service Desk endpoint imaging, configuration, and deployment support.
- Testing, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintenance of desktop computer, network, and communication system hardware and software.
- Work independently and as a cooperative, contributing member of a team.
- 100% onsite work
- General IT knowledge of
- Applications typical in a Windows environment - MS Office 365 / Outlook, Adobe, Active Directory, Web Browsers configuration, Remote Support Tools, Service Now Ticketing system
- Windows 10 OS - Power settings, Local User profiles
- Basic Network architecture TCP/IP, CMD Tools
- Endpoint Encryption software
- Peripheral device support
- Tech Refresh Experience
- Endpoint Deployments, Profile copy/restore, Reimaging i.e., SCCM, Surplus, DOJ Wiping procedures
- Basic methods and techniques of testing, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintenance of desktop computer, network, and communication system hardware and software.
- Work independently and as a cooperative, contributing member of a team.
- Lifting–frequent lifting up to 20 pounds; occasional lifting to 80 pounds.
