Summary:
  • This role's primary responsibility is to plan, manage, and coordinate website enhancements and ensure they meet overall product strategy, goals, and objectives. The Sr. Product Manager will work closely with the Product and Development teams, clients, and agency partners to ensure the successful delivery of enhancements and optimizations for the fleet websites.

Job Functions:
  • Serve as subject matter expert and voice of the customer for assigned products in collaboration with clients and partners.
  • Create, manage, and maintain roadmap in partnership with clients and partners.
  • Prioritize product backlog, stories, epics, and themes to ensure development remains aligned with product roadmap and strategy
  • Oversee, lead, and drive the planning and implementation of product enhancements
  • Develop viewpoints on product direction and strategy with internal teams, partners, and clients.
  • Continually monitor product performance and success measures to ensure the product meets business objectives
  • Capture and manage new enhancement ideas from all stakeholders.
  • Lead effort to evaluate, groom, and refine enhancement ideas
  • Lead effort to define, scope, estimate, and prioritize feature enhancements
  • Capture and write customer and business requirements, user stories, and other Product Management artifacts and socialize with stakeholders in and out of the company.
  • Review and analysis deliverables (strategy, UX design, wires, comps) and provide feedback in formal and informal settings.
  • Plan, lead, and coordinate user studies with partners
  • Explain product enhancements and handoff business requirements to business analyst to specify technical requirements
  • Review technical requirements and provide feedback to the business analyst and development team.
  • Lead and participate in meetings with internal teams, partners, and clients.
  • Handoff business requirements to IT for technical design and implementations
  • Participate in Go No Meetings
  • Assist IT with project estimation
  • Facilitate alignment meetings with the agency, clients, and technology partners

Min Required:
  • 7+ years of Product Management and Digital Marketing experience
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Technology or related fields
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership, strategy, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to articulate business concepts, priorities, and manage competing business needs.
  • Proven ability managing multiple large initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Agile product development
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with various stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong understanding of technology; demonstrated ability to conceptualize, describe, explain technical concepts to the business stakeholder and have technical conversations with the development team.
  • Ability to contribute and participate in system design, analysis, and integration efforts
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to navigate through ambiguity and break down complex problems into simplified and manageable parts
  • Ability to analyze web analytics, consumer data and draw actionable insights to drive business decisions or improve customer experience.
