- Provide the long-term strategy and implementation plan of key technology solutions to support Supply Chain capabilities.
- Participate in the Global Supply Chain business leadership team to understand their technology requirements and identify/implement “best fit” technology solutions to meet their needs.
- Enforce IT Governance and Change control amongst IT, quality and business teams to prioritize and implement improvements for Supply Chain systems.
- Bring best practices to deliver solutions for the business problems through experience driven vision, planning and hands on experience within a regulated GxP environment.
- Identify and lead the implementation of analytics solutions for quality groups to deliver KPIs related to Supply Chain data and process monitoring.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Site IT leads to plan, coordinate, direct, and lead the design of IT-related activities of their site.
- 8+ years of experience in implementing Supply Chain systems.
- Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS.
- Experience with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Manufacture, & Process Manufacturing
- Experience with Planning systems like SAP APO, Rapid Response, and PLM, systems like Agile PLM
- Experience in data analytics, utilizing internal and external data for building dashboards a plus.
- Solid understanding of various project management methodologies to own large project implementations.
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities from various business groups and prioritize them based on the business requirements and resource availability.
- Experience in implementing and leading change management and governance process, owning deviations and change control in a regulated environment.
- Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with good executive presence to interact with senior leadership team from various business groups. Proficient in tools like Power Point, Visio and other tools to develop process flows and presentations.
- Experience in leading, managing and mentoring a team of Supply Chain IT professionals.
