NetSuite Administrator - Manufacturing

Job Title: NetSuite AdministratorLocation: Norco, CARemote: NoTravel: NoneSalary: 110-120 K

• Certified as a NetSuite Administrator (preferred but not required)
• 5+ years of experience with NetSuite administration
• NetSuite integration and customization experience
• IT background/experience equivalent to supporting the requirements listed below
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required.

• 5+ years of ERP administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Financial and Operations tasks, along with knowledge of financial and operational reporting
• Thorough understanding of WMS and Inventory modules and Best Practices process flow - warehouse management, distribution, inventory, supply chain
• Ensure best practices are being used
• Design and revise configurations as needed to meet evolving needs of the business including the creation of fields, workflow rules, custom reports, and dashboard
• Technical expertise in managing high volume operations
• Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Train end-users on query writing and general navigation when applicable
• Set up a NetSuite training program for employees of the business
• Create custom reports, Search & Save reports, harvest performance metrics and generate metrics reports Functional knowledge of how NetSuite builds routings for manufacturing, assigns costs and burden, and rolls-up standards
• Understanding of how external applications integrate into NetSuite: Data analytics, reporting, and database experience (SQL and NetSuite preferred)
• Basic Data Analysis experience with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
• Knowledge of application and system security a plus
