• Ability to analyze raw data, historical data analysis, and trending
• Understand business requirements and how those requirements impact system performance
• Solid understanding of performance testing practices and techniques

• Experience in the area of SAP Performance (Must have).
• Experience with Loadrunner Advanced Scripting and general scripting standards
• Experience with Load Modeling Day in Life Performance Test Scenario
• Experience working with HTTP Proxy tool such as Fiddler, HTTP Sniffer such as HTTPWATCH
• Experience in ABAP/JAVA debugging and Tuning
• Experience in Oracle SQL Tuning
• Experience in at least one Scripting Language such as Javascript
• Experience with SAP HANA replication methodologies and related performance testing
• Please note that SAP Performance Experience is a must. i.e., someone who is comfortable using standard SAP codes such as STAD, ST12, ST03n, etc., and well versed with debugging ABAP code to pinpoint performance issues.

• The individual will provide guidance and direction in the area of SAP performance.
• Must have the ability to work with diverse SAP teams such as BASIS, ABAP, and Production Support.
• Must operate independently with minimal direction.
• Must have experience working in complex technical environments with many large integrated systems.
• Must possess strong analytical skills to assess performance risk.
