BCforward is seeking a Licensing Admin for Indianapolis

Remote for nowThis position will evaluate the initial review of contracting applications and supporting documents (including background reports) to determine if the producer is eligible to contract with the client.This includes corresponding with and fielding inquiries from producers relating to continuing education, compliance and licensing. Liaising with the various state Departments of Insurance on licensing and compliance matters. Conductstatutory and internet research and provide licensing analysis when needed. Support the contracting process from start through completion of the process including the entry of the producer's record into the database. The licensing administrator will assist with maintaining the departments Standard Operating Procedures by reviewing each document and making applicable revisions as needed. All departmental responses to phone calls and emails must be made within 24 hours1) Excellent Verbal and written communication skills 2) Candidate should also be task-oriented, has attention for detail, provides excellent customer service, able to make decision and able to enter repetitive data 3) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly 4) Detail oriented and deadline driven with excellent organizational skills to maintain records related to licensing 5) Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills 6)Must be performance driven while maintaining a high level of accuracy 7) The ability to adapt to an ever changing environment based on the departmental/company needs 8) Candidate should be able to perform in a fast paced environment that is deadline driven

1 - 2 years of relevant experience- Conducting credit/criminal/financial background reports on producers that are requesting an appointment with the client.- Thoroughly review the contracting application and create the producer's record in REPS.- Responding to all licensing inquiries by providing superior customer service skills when communicating via phone and email with our business partners.- Completing daily responsibilities within the designated turnaround time while maintaining a high level of accuracy.- Engaging and collaborating with your peers to bring ideas and efficiencies to the department.Customer service communication skills(both phone and email)Task orientedAttention to detailPerformance driven while also maintaining high level of accuracyAdaptability Interested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job code 130086 when responding to this ad.
