Location: San Bruno, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager I To define, develop, distribute, and update and create repeatable processes/tools for the same ongoing communications about the overall Program for the various stakeholder groups, both internally and externally with key partners.Support or lead complex projects. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres; keeping the team coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines is essential. Example projects:Program manage Programming work related to country launches, product feature launches, marketing initiatives, and priority new releasesSupport creation and maintenance of templates, playbooks, user manuals and other essential team materials and documentationPut agreed-upon ideas and direction into action, ensuring clear ownership and accountability. Drive for clarity and speed of decisions. Monitor the effectiveness and progress of key initiatives. Individually and collaboratively lead select key initiatives.Design and build key operational structures and processes globally to ensure the team works efficiently and as nimbly as possible.Independently complete a variety of project management tasks including: crafting project plans, writing meeting agendas, distributing meeting notes, coordinating workshops, defining QA Plans, triaging testing findings, writing status reports, producing project metrics, and reviewing and optimizing existing workstreams. Skill/Experience/EducationMandatoryAdvanced beginner SQL scripting experience Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills for project management purposes 3 to 5 years of prior relevant experience in program management.DesiredBA/BS degree or equivalent experienceContact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
