Customer Service temp to hire opportunity in Lakewood, CO. Will train for 2 weeks in the office and then work remote during current restrictions, $15/hr, start December 14th, background check required.The position is responsible for reviewing client's employee documentation to verify the relationship and status of dependents. Responsible for responding to client employee questions and willingness to work as a team member to support the needs of the valued clients. This includes performing and documenting the following activities: reviewing documentation, proper protocol and handling of calls and correspondence. Responsible for managing deadlines and verification inventory. Primary Tasks:Review documentation and establish eligibility according to client eligibility rules and documentation requirementsProviding superior telephone customer serviceAssist management team with additional projects as neededGeneral administrative contributionsExperience required:1-3 years in Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Health Insurance or Call Center preferredProficient in MS Office software suite, especially MS Word and MS AccessMust have excellent verbal and written communication Skills We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
