Business Analyst (ServiceNow IRM) Location: On-site in Torrance, CA Duration: 2 yearsKelly Technology is recruiting for a Business Analyst with background in Information Security & Risk. Ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow IRMThe Business Analyst will assist with the following tasks: - Support the Security Governance and Risk Integration into ServiceNow IRM project, including: • Import Global and Regional governance requirements into ServiceNow IRM • Analyze and integrate the review and approval workflows into ServiceNow IRM • Analyze and link governance requirements to existing policy/privacy control objectives into ServiceNow IRM • Support Project Manager in monitoring project milestones and deliverables including performing daily, weekly, monthly reviews and project updates as requested • Resolve issues encountered within project activities - Maintain current documentation for all related project activities as required in support of the project operations - Perform other assigned tasks as needed for the GRC Unit as requested by leaders This person be working on: - Analysis and integration of existing Global and Regional governance into ServiceNow IRM - Analysis and integration of existing risk management process into ServiceNow IRM - Analysis and linking of existing governance requirements with policy/privacy control objectives into ServiceNow IRM Knowledge, skills, abilities, traits, certifications, years of experience, to successfully perform job function • Working understanding of ServiceNow IRM functionality • Proficient in Microsoft Office365 productivity suite including, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint • Previous working experience within IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance defining, analyzing, and documenting risk processes and procedures • Demonstrate broad competency and understanding in a variety of areas: - Governance, Risk, and Compliance - Understanding security documentation (policies, standards, and procedures) - IT Policy and Risk Exception ManagementWhy Kelly ® ?By partnering with Kelly® Technology, you'll have direct connections to top companies around the globe-giving you the chance to put your tech skills to work on some of today's most intriguing, innovative, and high-visibility projects.
