- Strong experience working with Marketing and Advertising Systems
- SQL Expert Level – Should be able to model data.
- A strong foundation in statistics and able to draw statistical inferences/conclusions from data and compile them.
- Experience in hypothesis testing and determining statistical significance – Drawing sample size, what statistical principles that allow them to test hypothesis.
- Experience with usage of BI platform optimization and be able to run experiments; could be Looker, Adobe Analytics, Tableau.
- Able to compile experiment insight and supporting data into sharable medium and present those insights and supporting data to experiment requestor/stakeholders. “Translate data numbers into actionable insights.”
- Digital Product Experience: Digital optimization; websites, mobile apps, Apple TV, Roku, etc. – Any streaming application experience optimizing the digital product user experience.
- Can you calculate conversion rate and splitting it with dimensions or tags? Example: Video playback exp – From the company website, measure visitor to viewed conversion rate. What % of people go on the site or open the app and actually start a video.
