About the RoleDrive overall hardware Architecture, roadmap and technology strategy for Storage Servers and solutions.- Understand overall Infrastructure stack and work with internal stakeholders to define TCO optimized IaaS solutions while clearly understanding technology and cost tradeoffs for both Cloud and On-Prem solutions.
- Define the overall system architecture which includes the ( rack systems, servers, and management software)
- Drive performance and efficiency related initiatives
- Collaborate with software teams to define the hardware performance requirements needed to best support the software needs
- Drive cross-functional teams on these critical and high profile system projects
- Ensure deep understanding of critical performance requirements, ROI, TCO, limits of technology per design generation, industry adoption rate of new technology, and technology roadmaps
