As a Technical Service Specialist, the successful candidate will work as a member of our Service Desk supporting our customers and providing exceptional client service. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Windows applications and customer service skills are key requirements. Exceptional communication, team work, and organizational skills are also a must.
