As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will: Secure load capacity with multiple departments/fleets for our customers
Accept and build manual loads
Schedule appointments within 24 hours
Respond timely to our customers and internal communication in both email and phone calls (90% e-mail, 10% phone)
Timely track loads & estimated time of arrival
Monitor on-time delivery and work with brokerage department to successfully meet customer goals
Ensure we are meeting the customers service expectations
What skills do I need to bring? Proficient in Microsoft products – Outlook, Excel, Word
Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
Ability to problem-solve creatively to meet customers service expectations
Ability to adapt easily to change and manage multiple demands on your time
Ability to maintain a professional strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent relationship building and written & verbal communication skills
Transportation background is a plus
