Re-Bath is the premier bathroom remodeling franchise in the United States. Modern Re-Bath is a family business with years of experience in the Remodeling Industry. Modern Re-Bath is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for our growing team.
This position is responsible for qualifying and setting appointments with incoming calls/showroom visits and coordinating in home visits by our Design Consultants.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls, qualifying them, and assigning them to the appropriate Design Consultant
Perform 20-40 outbound calls daily on average
Coordinate appointment scheduling, changes and cancellations
Relaying accurate information to Design Consultants, ensuing a quality customer experience
Be professional and establish customer rapport
Respond to customer requests, and resolving issues
Do follow up calls with clients
Greet and Assist customers in the showroom
Assist in scheduling installations with the customer as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
Hours for this position are 9:00a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday, Friday 9:00 – 1:00, and Saturday 9:00 – 1:00. Please do not apply if you can’t work these hours.
Occasional weekend hours may be needed for a home show or event
Must have Customer Service Experience and be Self-Motivated
Must have a Growth Mindset
Personable and professional phone voice.
Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
Must be able to handle a high call volume
Strong verbal and written communications
Willing to work a flexible schedule
Able to pass a drug screen and background
Must be willing to learn the Re-Bath CRM program. Salesforce experience is preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required
