Seeking a Yard Laborer for a precast company out in the Germantown, WI Area.
1st Shift Monday - Friday (some Saturday)
6am until the job is done for a company out in the Germantown, WI Area.

As a Yard Laborer, you will be working ALL OUTDOOR in any kind of weather (rain/shine/snow/cold/hot.)
Responsiblities:
-Assists yard crew in sandblasting, patching, acid etching of concrete products
-Loads concrete products
-Operates front end loader if needed
-Assembles concrete products
-Organizes and cleans yard and removes debris
-Yard maintenance, i.e., snow plowing, shoveling, salting as needed
-Performs crane rigging and signaling for drivers as needed
-Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
-Must have 6 months = experience
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively several times a day
-Must be able to work year-round in all weather conditions
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-Strong work ethic
-Willing to works overtime when needed
-Willingness and ability to be at work and on time everyday!
-Must have a reliable transportation (not on busline)
-Require 6 inches tall STEEL TOE BOOTS
Full-Time Temp-To-Hire after 90 days
$16.00 - $18.00 depending on your experience
