Must have experience in Property Preservation/REO Work( Lock changes, winterizations, boarding and re-glazing windows, lawn maintenance(riding lawn mower), debris removal, maid services)

Tools Needed:

Locks(HUD specific key codes)

4 digit Numerical Lockboxes

Generator, Compressor, General tools, lawn mower, truck, trailer, Aspen Grove (ABC Number), cell phone, Computer with access to the internet 24 hours. Must be able to take photos of all work completed at the properties for payment.
