Marine Clean is a family, Veteran and woman- owned and operated property maintenance, repair and cleaning company that provides assistance to property owners and managers.
From housekeeping and vacation rental support to preventative and emergency maintenance services, Marine Clean provides consistent, high quality and professional services to our clients. We have been servicing our beautiful White Mountain community since 2000. We cover the areas of Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside, White Mountain Lakes, Linden and surrounding communities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
Provide cleaning services at various property locations in our service area (primary homes, 2nd homes, vacation rental properties, move outs, deep cleans, etc)
Provide onsite laundry turnover services as required by job scope
Utilize Marine Clean provided cleaning supplies and tools effectively and correctly at property locations
Read and understand Marine Clean notes for individual homeowner cleaning job requirements
Be able to identify issues with the home (guest damage, light bulbs out, etc) and relay to management by texting pictures
Remove accumulated garbage from vacation rental properties during cleaning and assure trash receptacles are curbside for trash pickup
Keep owners closets clean and organized. Inform management of supplies needed.
Transport yourself to/from the job locations utilizing the Google Calendar schedule Map locator
Coordinate with cleaning management on job scheduling continually (willingness to work weekends/holidays)
Be able to identify safety hazards and act accordingly
Maintain a professional appearance and manner while representing Marine Clean
Be a team player and support others
Be a morning person! We generally start at 7am-11am – Hours can range from 25 hrs per week to 35 hrs per week, depending on time of year
Be reliable and have common sense
Be clean, professional, honest (Clients have hidden cameras; Thefts will be prosecuted / we work with local law enforcement)
Be on time to appointments
Be physically able to perform work. Must be able to make bunk beds.
Speak and read English
Work and character references will be requested
Be meticulous, detail oriented and organized and be able to work independently and be trusted to do an exceptional job for our owners
Know how to plan and manage the unexpected. Our work is never dull!
Be dependable with an excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, and common sense
Rate of pay is $14-$15/hr. DOE
We have a 30 day probationary period at $13/hr at which time your rate of pay may be increased.
HOW WE PAY
Payments are made every Friday utilizing Zelle. If you do not have an account, you will need to set one up prior to first payment. Staff is provided a 1099 at the end of the year. Marine Clean does not withhold any taxes from the weekly pay.
A fuel stipend is provided to compensate for transportation to cleaning jobs outside of the immediate area.
Bonuses are also provided depending on crew flexibility and availability when needed.
