Position Description:

Boxing Incorporated is seeking a full-time assistant manager to add to our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast paced fitness industry. If you love fitness, if you enjoy people, and see the opportunity that comes with a sales job, Then THIS JOB IS FOR YOU!

Pay Plan:

-Salary (30,000.00)

-Commission (Big commissions for the right individual. Can make 45k-50k a year)

-Performance based bonuses

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual that:

-Shares our high level of standards for customer service

-That has had formal sales training

-Handles rejection well

-Believes in and can explain the benefits of a fitness program

-Self-motivated individual able to self-manage

-Is able to think on their feet

-Ability to perform all General Manager duties if needed

-Can maintain enthusiasm through long hours

Requirements:

-Sales Experience

-Reliable transportation/ valid driver's license

-Ability to work evenings and weekends
