De-burr/Polish Operator

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for de-burring and polishing parts to a finish quality as specified verbally or by drawing using hand or power tools in order to meet safety, quality, productivity and delivery expectations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. De-burr, polish, and clean metal components to quality standards.

2. Preform other production tasks as needed.

3. Adhere to production schedules.

4. Keep manufacturing area clean and well organized.

5. Work overtime or on different shifts as requested to meet production demands.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma, equivalent, or passing company’s basic English/Math/Blue Print Reading Test.

2. One year working experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

3. Basic written and verbal English communication and math skills.

4. Ability to work positively in a team environment.
