Entry Level Accounts Receivable Clerk Transportation (Reedley)

Attention to detail, problem solving, and multitasking
Maintain up to date billing system
Carry out the billing process from start to finish
Ensure billings are accurate and complete
Must communicate with Controller, Customers, and Department Supervisor(s) via phone, email or in person.
Must communicate with Controller, Customers, and Department Supervisor(s) about discrepancies and questions immediately when discovered.
Other accounting tasks as assigned.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Regular attendance is required
Must be able to work some Saturdays as needed and required
Must be able to work overtime as needed and required
