Busy Office Looking For Receptionist

We are a busy, fast growing, family owned and operated TV & Appliance Repair business looking for a receptionist who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and talking to customers and helping to diffuse an escalating situation. We send our techs to do in-home repair service calls and we work with many different warranty companies such as Samsung, Electrolux and G.E. to name a few. Your day will at times be very demanding where you are handling 4 lines at the same time and assisting helping customers get answers regarding updates. Candidate will also be calling customers and going over new service requests to verify information and take notes for the triage tech. We are looking for someone who enjoys working under pressure and in a stressful environment. Candidate will also be required to help with office upkeep such as cleaning, and filing, and disinfecting surfaces. Multi-tasking is a must as well as problem solving skills. This job does provide opportunity for growth in our company. We are following all safety guidelines and ensuring social distancing is happening at all times in our office. Our new location is big enough where it has been very easy to maintain 6 to 10 feet distance. Masks are required when not in your desk area. Hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
