Sewing Machine Operators + Fabric Cutter

Quickly growing yurt manufacturing company in Grass Valley, CA searching for Sewing Machine Operators and Cutters who are eager to learn and/or bring existing skills to the workshop.

We are ramping up in-house production of the coverings and insulation for our yurts and want to build a fun team that is excited about sewing affordable, yet stylish, housing for the masses. Main tasks include operation of industrial sewing room equipment, mostly focused on Walking Foot, Lock Stitch and Serger usage. There will be some cutting and sewing of heavy weight 18 oz. vinyl as well as mid-weight materials.

Willing to offer training to the right person. Piece Work, Full and Part-time positions available. Pay DOE starting at $16 per/hr. Please reply with any applicable experience and info to let us know a little more about you.
