Bressler & Company, a leading CPA firm in the Central Valley for over 30 years, is looking for a team member for our office in Lemoore, CA. Our network includes around 15 local and remote team computers as well as supporting more than 30 remote client users.
This person would be responsible for all desktop support as well as managing and maintaining the network, software, printers, and scanners.
This team member would also have direct contact with clients assisting with their IT issues and would be on-call to take client calls during reasonable non-work hours.
Experience: At least 3 years’ comparable experience
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting desktop and server operating systems in a business environment Windows 10, Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016, and Virtualization
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software related issues
Experience in Virus/Malware Removal and Data Recovery
Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks by or before deadlines
Ability to multitask and troubleshoot different issues that may occur simultaneously
Ability to anticipate the implications and consequences of situations and take appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies
Ability to develop, sponsor, or support the introduction of new and improved methods, products, procedures, or technologies
Ability to build and maintain customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization
