Summary

Are you looking for a fast-paced job at an award-winning brewery? Are you looking to grow your cooking skills under a culinary trained executive chef? Mad River Brewing is looking for line cooks to prepare high quality food for our patrons.

The job duties

Follow direction of the head chef

Ensure the kitchen is set up and stocked for the shift

Prepare food to the highest quality in a timely manner

Maintain a clean workstation and follow all health and safety standards

Close down the kitchen at the end of the shift

Requirements

This position requires you to work on your feet for 7+ hours, as well as be able to lift over 50 pounds. We require you to possess a California Food Handlers Permit or acquire one before your first day of employment. We ask that you are a team player and are willing to help wherever needed. Mad River is a close-knit group and the ability to work well with others is a must.

Wednesday - Sunday
