Tribal EcoRestoration Alliance Seeks Program Assistant

ORGANIZATIONAL VISION

The mission of the Tribal EcoRestoration Alliance (TERA) is to cultivate land stewardship, livelihood, and leadership skills that weave collaborative relationships between Tribal members and the community at large for the benefit of all lands and beings.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Assistant is a detail-oriented organizational thinker responsible for providing administrative support for TERA’s education and employment programs. Working closely with the Executive Director and Field Manager, the Program Assistant will help build robust administrative systems for a dynamic and quickly growing organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office Management

Training Support

Fundraising

Contract Management

Outreach & Communications

Executive Director Administrative Support

Human Resources Support

General Operational Support

This position is estimated to be 100% administrative, with occasional field visits to integrate into the work culture.

There is room for a Program Assistant with skill or interest in land stewardship, forest management, fire resilience and traditional knowledge to be integrated into the training and field aspect of the organization.
