Starting salary up to $32.94/hour ($68,749/year), a cash allowance of $600/month, and a competitive total compensation package!

The FJCSC is a unique quasi-governmental and non-profit organization that draws on strong interagency collaboration to provide a single point of access to comprehensive services for empowering victims of family violence such as intimate partner violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and elder abuse. Since August 2011, when the facility doors opened at the Mendocino Avenue campus location, the FJCSC's services have grown significantly. The District Attorney’s Office is the lead fiscal and administrative agency for the FJCSC.
The Administrative Coordinator
As a Family Justice Center Coordinator you will be providing onsite operational, administrative, research, technical, and analytical support to the FJCSC Executive Director. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the FJCSC and resolving issues in the Director’s absence. Additionally, you will:Assist with the preparation/administration of grants and contracts
Maintain, manage, and report on fiscal matters and budgets, including statistical data
Assist with the coordination and development of new policies and procedures, and manage their implementation
Assist the Executive Director with conducting community outreach and education events, updating the website and social networking sites, as well as drafting press releases, public service announcements, newsletters, and donor letters
Support the organization and delivery of regular, in-service training for staff and volunteers
Handle the day to day oversight of the volunteer program
Coordinate meetings, events, tours, and conduct tours
Handle facility, technical, and IT issues by collaborating with appropriate County departments and the Executive Director
