Customer Service Professional

Cal Farm Turf Equipment is looking for a motivated individual to support our store as we provide essential services and products to our community.

As a customer service professional, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

2. Answer phones and engage our customers with positive and clear communication.

3. Make equipment sales.

4. Bill customers for finished work orders.

5. Service writing. Check in new equipment for repairs.

6. Complete work orders in computer system.

7. Operate cash register.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1. Bilingual

2. Experience in lawn and garden equipment service & sales.

3. Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.

4. Be customer focused.

5. Have strong organizational skills.
