Civil Associate Attorney

Our firm is seeking an associate with strong writing skills. This is an in-office position.

The ideal candidate has 2-10 years of relevant experience in civil litigation with some criminal experience. Our litigation practice includes, but is not limited to: personal injury, employment, public entity, premises liability, business/commercial disputes, tow defense, etc The ideal associate is able to work with minimal supervision. The ideal associate will have previous deposition and trial experience.

Requirements

· Two to ten years of civil litigation experience with a demonstrated proficiency in case handling and management skills, including court appearances, law and motion practice, written discovery and depositions.

· Excellent research, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences at all levels.

· Organized, flexible, and has effective time management skills.

· Requires initiative, a strong willingness to learn, and sound judgment.

· Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Current Member of California State Bar with no record of discipline.
