Church of the Wayfarer in Carmel by the Sea is seeking an Office Manager. 30 hours per week (part-time). This multi-tasking position supports church operations by maintaining communications and projects. The Office Manager acts as a liaison both outside and within the church, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality, using discretion when dealing with critical and/or sensitive matters and reports to the Pastor. Administrative support includes support to the Pastor and various church committees and groups.
Skills/Qualifications:
General Office Management: organization, supervision
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Customer focused
Able to work with software such as Constant Contact, MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook).
Professional in appearance and demeanor
