Assistant Store Manager/Lead Sales Associate

Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies, the nation's largest swimming pool supplier, is seeking a hard working professional to fill the Assistant Store Manager and Lead sales Associate position in the Redding CA Location. This is a full time and Part time, Seasonal and non-seasonal, possible benefited position with very quick promotional possibilities to ASM/Store Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Assistant Store Manager ("ASM")/ LSA helps oversee the performance of an assigned Leslie's store to ensure it is meeting or exceeding customer service standards, sales plans, performance, and operating procedures, and merchandising objectives. The ASM/LSA will assist in the development of and is responsible for managing sales plans, profit margins, payroll, and all controllable expenses. He or she will also learn best practices to train and develop personnel on all required programs, and establishes the expectation of providing excellent customer service through personal example and expectation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 for LSA and 20 years for ASM of age

Assist the Store Manager in areas of product, sales and store management.

Provide excellent customer service to customers

1 year of retail, sales or customer experience preferable

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
