About Autism Connections

Autism Connections is a local agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental delays and their families across San Luis Obispo county. Autism Connections was founded by two mothers with children on the autism spectrum who experienced first-hand how quality ABA helps children reach their best outcomes. Autism Connections sets high expectations for our clients to meet and we have the same high expectations for the work that our staff carries out. Autism Connections is seeking responsible and enthusiastic personalities who are motivated to create positive change for children and families in our community. Our agency provides all required training; you only need to provide your aspiration to make a difference!

Available Position

Part Time opportunities to work in Santa Maria area, Mon-Fri

Job Responsibilities

Behavior Aides implement one to one ABA therapy programs (training in ABA provided) with their clients to reduce interfering behaviors and teach functional replacement behaviors

Behavior Aides are responsible for completing necessary daily paperwork in order to track client progress

All responsibilities of Behavior Aides are carried out under the direct and weekly support of an ABA Program Supervisor

Wage

$16 per hour, starting wage
