We are looking for a full time office manager. Experience in managing other office personnel, purchase orders, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable. We have a family ran mechanic and dairy service shop in Pixley with fifteen employees. We are looking for someone who is capable of
-Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
-Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
-Monitoring office and shop supplies.
-Organizing purchase orders and invoicing.
Must have some experience with running an office.
