Maintenance Technician @ In-Shape Health Clubs

In-Shape Health Clubs is looking for a curious, mechanically-inclined individual to join our Porterville, CA team.

The Club Technician (CT) is responsible for the care, repair, and maintenance of the functionality, safety, and appearance of our Club locations. This is achieved through the preventative and restorative maintenance of our buildings, building systems, equipment, and properties (as permitted). Additionally, as the on-site “subject-matter expert”, the CT will coach Club Custodians (as assigned) to assist the CT with light Club Maintenance, and Technician Trainees to develop future Club Technicians. The CT will be responsible for making repair & maintenance recommendations to the General Manager and other parties, for consideration and approval. For emergencies that arise, the CT will be the “boots on the ground” with support from their Area Facilities Manager. The Club Technician is a specialist role, that greatly impacts our member and team member experience!
