The Concierge is the first point of contact, acting as a hub, for everyone at the community and is responsible for setting a warm and welcoming tone. They are responsible for, but not limited to:
-Greeting residents, guests, and visitors
-Answering the phone
-Assisting with and completing general administrative tasks while executing the highest level of customer service
-Maintaining the cleanliness of the front entrance, lobby, reception areas, and all common areas
-Providing general building security after regular business hours
