Description:Our Client seeking a well versed individual to join their team supporting Next Gen Patient Simulators. Candidates will install and perform maintenance on the simulators at different medical related clients such as Hospitals and Universities. Candidates must have excellent customer service and will be interacting with clients on a daily basis. Technicians will be working with the clients and resolving any issues. The simulators run on a Windows 10 O/S and are connected to the client's network. Ideally candidates who have done Customer support and trouble-shooting technical issues do well in this role. Technicians will be trained in this role.
