Please note that to start the role it will be remote for 3 - 6 months but once this Covid19 is behind us - it will be an in-house role.

Job Description:

Role Description You will bring delivery excellence and best-fit architectural solutions to one or more projects and accounts. You will assist in defining scope and sizing and anchor proof of concepts. You will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform and collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions. You will also contribute to a variety of roles in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design and documentation. including creation of client offerings that bring added value to our clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the effective management and communication of the initiation, execution, and implementation processes.
  • Manage delivery responsibilities for one or more accounts and ensure that the projects are delivered on time and per the quality standards.
  • Lead projects with Product Owners to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
  • Participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
  • Govern individual project budgets against actuals, for variance reporting and management.
  • Responsible for his projects’ timely submission of timesheets
  • Performance management of staff
  • Establish Project Management Standards and Governance frameworks as part of Project execution.
  • Drive, police and oversee the delivery of multiple streams of work for assigned projects.
  • Have an aerial view on detail and project/program delivery.
  • Work with Account Managers to drive growth, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with leads from Account Management, Offshore Leadership and COE to ensure onsite/offshore workflow and solutions are optimized.
  • Represent Infostretch to the customers at business reviews, and other critical meetings, for the overall delivery aspects and quality of delivery.

Required Skills:
  • 10-15 years of IT experience and education in computer sciences or related fields
  • Robust experience in .Net technologies and Microsoft ecosystem. Prefer any latest Microsoft/Azure certifications
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills; high degree of comfort with technical and executive audiences
  • Understanding of Healthcare domain, standards and regulations in payors, providers, and clinical space.
  • Expertise in interoperability ecosystem involving EMR, PMS, EHS as well as healthcare message standards, such as HL7, EDI, CCDA, FHIR, etc.
  • Current on architecture trends with an eye on market conditions, future direction as well as can leading customer workshop sessions on trends, implications, possibilities and Infostretch offered solutions.
  • Familiarity with rapid development methodologies such as Agile Scrum, Kanban, and associated tooling such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office etc.
  • Experience with defining, documenting, and adhering to professional services and best practices within a fast paced, innovative technology company.
  • Extensive experience providing customer-facing presentations at the Executive level.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level technology initiatives from initial project discovery to service launch.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Successful track record of implementing enterprise-level technology initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, from project discovery through service launch.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with Project Management, Development and QA tools
  • Some travel is required (approx. 15%)
Education:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering degree
