Project Manager - Agile/Scrum, JIRA, MS-Project, MS-Teams, JIRA

Job Description: SMCI is seeking a Scrum Master with strong practitioner having managed their own scrum, product teams. Need strong experience in getting teams organized in Agile. Provide continuous innovation. Must understand and integrate velocity, story points, user stores, definition of done and definition of acceptance.

Must have experience with all ceremonies managing a scrum/product team.
Must be able to coach and mentor while rolling up their sleeves and working alongside the team.
Must have experience with large Data driven projects
Must be able to see where the team needs help.

Help team understand the core Agile Principles and is not afraid to lead and speak up.
Great to have the understanding around business and information system process development, analysis, creation and process mapping reengineering activities.
