Description:Looking for 2 Service Desk Technicians to join their team supporting a Windows/MAC environment to troubleshoot issues over the phone. They primarily will be working with Microsoft OS, (Windows 7,8, 10). They will be tasked to handle end user calls, provide a high level of customer service and remediation any software or hardware related issues via remote assistance. They will be responsible for password resets, troubleshooting, documenting, and escalating any issues. Effective communication with the customer (end user) and internal team is extremely important in order to stay organized and provide the correct service levels to the community of end users.Being that this role is remote, this person must be a self starter and able to work under limited supervision. This person must possess exceptional people skills and the ability to offer world class end user experience over the phone. All troubleshooting is through Bomgar, but any remote support software experience is acceptable. This candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail and possess the ability to offer phone support while documenting calls (TYPE & TALK).Skills:Moves, PC set up, Deployment, Migration, Service desk, Help desk, Troubleshooting, Windows, customer service, Remote Support,, Password ResetTop Skills Details:1.) Customer Service over the phone (TYPE & TALK) supporting an end user climate through application, system, or technical issues.2.) Attention to detail- proven track record of working in a scenario where they have minimal supervision and have completed what was asked of them. Strong documentation and communication skills are a must. 3.) Troubleshooting knowledge- Experience with windows/MAC environment (they operate within a Bomgar environment, but any experience with remote support software is acceptable)Additional Skills & Qualifications:Communication and customer service are as important. They must have a good demeanor around anyone they encounter and over the phone.
