Customer Service, Communication and collaboration Job Description: The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the management oversight of the Program and tasked with keeping projects on target and under budget based on managing internal and external teams. The team internally will be made up of Field Construction Managers who will be tasked with the performance of each vendor through their assigned scope of work. They will make field visits to ensure accuracy and ensure our clients standards are being complied too. The external team will be the vendors performing work either through Site Acquisition or Construction activity. The Project Manager will need to work with the most challenging sites to ensure that all forecasted site counts are met within the timeline outlined by the vendor. Specifically, the Project Manager will be responsible for the Supervision of providing Pre-Construction support from scoping/SCIP through Building Permit Submission. Once NTP (Notice to Proceed) has been issued, oversight will shift to Construction Activity all the way through Construction Start to Construction Complete through On Air and Closeout Complete. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving vendors to the completion of their milestones. They will perform high level QA/QC on site to ensure all materials in the design have been complied too within T-Mobile Standards. Will need to be proficient in Excel as it will be heavily utilized for project tracking and status updates back to leadership. The Project manager must have advanced experience in standard project management principles including communication and escalation, Dependency and Risk Management, Organizing and leading daily conference calls, Schedule management and reporting. The project manager will be accountable for meeting all scheduled deliverables, managing irregularities and overcoming obstacles that seem to be out of your control. The CPM will be accountable for managing sub-vendors and CM's to deliver their projects on time and within quality standards. About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
