  • Responsible for the coordination of all operational activities within the contract related to infrastructure, payments management, vendor management, SLAs and release
  • Assists in system operations planning and strategy.
  • Responsible for scheduling, facilitation, and documentation of regular process improvement initiatives to support operations
  • Leads and/or participates in weekly status updates and monthly status reports with clients and project team.
  • Manages and track operations budget and invoicing.
  • Provides ongoing communication with the account manager, senior management, application teams regarding day to day system operations.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with the client.
  • Effectively trains staff on operational SLAs and requirements.
  • Oversees quality assurance metrics
  • Educates Representatives and their Team Leads on Quality Assurance process
  • Analyzes quality and performance trends to provide recommendations to Team Leads for improvement
  • Supports SOC 2 compliance and audit activities per the contract requirements
Qualifications
  • Must have demonstrated IT operations management experience
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact and be involved in client-facing meetings and interfacing with senior management
  • Must have proven knowledge of Change and Configuration Management best practices
  • Must have experience collaborating with technical teams of diverse IT related skill sets
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge in infrastructure architecture.
  • Must have the a bility to organize and plan work efficiently within set time limits.
  • Must be experienced to understand and interpret federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Must have the ability to analyze and manage significant amounts data and produce written reports.
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills; preferably with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.

Education: Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Social Work, Public Policy, or other closely related fields preferred or 6+ relevant work experience

Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience in the field.
