Job DetailsResponsibilities in the Role:Production - Lead the in-house assembly and QA of our radar electronics, working closely with our engineers and subcontractors, integrating custom PCBs, submodules, cabling, and off-the-shelf componentsSupply Chain - Point of contact for all vendors supplying our subcomponents acting as a representative of our in communications with external parties, traveling to local vendors to resolve component issues, including monitoring and support of PCB-level production activities at CMHardware Test - Ability to write and run test scripts in Labview or Python for automatic production test of modules and subsystems, collection, basic analysis of data, implement unit ID, setting pass/fail limits Shipping and Receiving - Receive components at HQ and prepare parts for shipment including packaging and documentationDocumentation - Development of detailed procedures for assembly and testing, for repeatability, under the direction of systems engineering teamTask Management - Manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a high level of quality and precision, balancing multiple deadlines to meet our international deployment scheduleInventory Management - Maintain inventory databases, spreadsheets, and procurement schedulesReporting - Generate reports for the hardware and deployment teams on progress and issuesRequirements:BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or another technical fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of on the job experience in production engineeringCapable of lifting 75 lb. equipment, repeatedlyDemonstrable software skills, either LabView or Python at a minimumFull-time, in-person at Headquarters in Menlo Park, CAInterested in hearing more?
