You may contact 888-367-7223, option 5, for assistance.In this role, you have the opportunity toThe POC (Point of Care) Ultrasound Product Application Specialist is the key interface between Philips and our customers. This position will represent the company and products while continually providing total solutions to customer needs.As a POC Ultrasound Product Application Specialist with Philips Healthcare, no two days are the same. One day you may be delivering a custom-made educational/training program at a major teaching hospital, the next you could be supporting the regional sales team by applying your clinical expertise to the pre-sales process for a major proposal.We are continually looking for talented clinical professionals who want to build their professional careers within Ultrasound. Based in the field, you will travel to clinical sites throughout your allocated territory, representing your business line in pre-sales negotiations and in post-sales delivery of educational/training programs.You are responsible for

  • Serving as a clinical liaison to Ultrasound customers.
  • Working closely with the Field Service organization, sales, and project managers during multiple phases of the sales and implementation processes.
  • Assessing customers' configuration requirements and education needs; planning and delivering equipment and application training; applying product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems. Supporting customers in the use and growth of their systems.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal partners and customers; enabling the success of the installation team.
  • Scheduling and performing demonstrations as required to support assigned geography.
  • Scheduling and implementing system installation customer training - complete checklist.
  • Supporting traditional and emerging markets
  • Covering tradeshows as assigned
  • Professionally handling objections and questions
  • Effectively supporting installed base
  • Positioning yourself as a consultant to both internal and external customers
  • Generating leads
  • Communicating regularly with local, district, and management teams.
  • Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
You are a part of a teamThat provides training, education and demo support to the Ultrasound Sales Organization. You will work closely with the Clinical Product Specialist Managers and the Advanced Clinical Specialist Manager to insure business success, customer satisfaction and market growth.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience as RDCS/RDMS/RVT registered sonographer
  • Registry preference: RDMS, AB, Pediatric, Breast, MSK, RDCS, OB/GYN, RVT
  • Knowledge and experience with Philips products
  • Teaching/in-service experience preferred
  • Ability to act in a positive and professional manner at all times
  • Ability to work in ever-changing environments
  • Flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 75%
